Using Almasimo

By using Almasimo or placing an order, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when required to complete an order or verify a transaction.

Orders and Payments

Customers may select from the payment methods made available by Almasimo at the time of purchase.

An order is considered ready for processing after the payment has been successfully confirmed and any necessary verification has been completed.

A payment being initiated does not necessarily mean that an order has been successfully completed. The final payment status must be confirmed by the applicable payment provider and, where necessary, by Almasimo.

Order Verification

Transactions associated with restricted jurisdictions, sanctioned persons or entities, or relevant blacklists and risk indicators may be suspended or rejected.

Where required for compliance or security purposes, Almasimo may request additional information or verification before completing an order.

Delivery and Account Credit

After successful payment confirmation and completion of any required checks, the purchased product will be processed for delivery or account credit.

Almasimo aims to process orders as quickly as reasonably possible. Actual processing time may vary depending on the payment method, payment confirmation, system availability, security checks, service conditions, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Suspension of Accounts and Transactions

Almasimo may temporarily restrict, suspend, or disable an account where there are reasonable security, fraud-prevention, compliance, or misuse concerns.

Transactions may also be held or suspended while a payment, account, or order is being reviewed.

Pricing

Prices displayed on Almasimo may vary depending on the selected package, currency, payment method, promotions, or other applicable conditions.

The price displayed at the time an order is submitted is the price applicable to that order, subject to successful payment confirmation and any necessary verification.

Almasimo may update its public prices and available packages from time to time.

Discount Coupons and Promotions

Almasimo may provide discount coupons, promotional offers, or customer rewards from time to time.

Promotional benefits may be subject to specific conditions, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, or usage limits.

Coupons and promotional benefits may not be transferred, sold, duplicated, or misused unless explicitly permitted by Almasimo.

Refunds and Failed Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, remains unconfirmed, or cannot be safely matched to an order, delivery may be delayed or the order may remain pending until the payment status is clarified.

Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the payment method used, the circumstances of the transaction, and applicable laws and payment-provider rules.

A refund does not necessarily mean that the original payment will be returned instantly. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution involved.

Prohibited and Abusive Use

Users must not use Almasimo for unlawful activities, fraud, unauthorized transactions, identity misuse, payment abuse, attempts to bypass security controls, or other activities that may harm the platform, its customers, or service providers.

Almasimo may take appropriate action when misuse or suspicious activity is detected.

Third-Party Services

Almasimo may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, security, communication, or other services required to operate the platform.

The availability and processing of third-party services may be subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.

Service Availability
